Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Australia.

Cost

Shipping is free to the US and Australia.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• United States: 5-10 business days after dispatch
• Australia: 3-8 business days after dispatch

These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with carrier and location.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. 

Delayed, lost or damaged shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@clipcameras.com and we will help track it or replace it.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
