These Terms of Service govern your use of www.clipcameras.com and any purchase you make from Clip Cameras, trading as Clip ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and pricing

We try to describe our products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. Prices are shown in US dollars, Australian dollars, or your local currency depending on your location, and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel an order affected by an error, including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the goods. We may refuse or limit orders at our discretion.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund and Return Policy, each of which forms part of these terms.

6. Responsible use and recording laws

Clip glasses include a camera and microphone. You are responsible for using them lawfully. Recording and privacy laws differ by country, state and setting, and some places require the consent of the people being recorded, particularly for audio or in private spaces. You agree to comply with all laws that apply to you when you record. The glasses include a light that indicates when the camera is active, and you agree not to attempt to defeat or conceal it.

7. Warranties and consumer guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Except for those guarantees, and to the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided on an "as is" basis.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any non-excludable consumer guarantees, our total liability arising from a product or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Intellectual property

All content on www.clipcameras.com, including the Clip name, logo, text and images, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your USA and Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.
